Engagement ring and wedding band orders can take up to two weeks to fulfill, depending on whether you ordered an existing ring, or are having a ring fully customized.
Customized rings will take a bit longer since it is a more complex process. We’ll make every effort to let you know what to expect throughout the process.

UPS 2-Day Air is our normal, free shipping option. Your rings or bands will be insured and may require a signature upon delivery to receive them. We only ship to physical addresses, and cannot ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
We have an easy, 30-day return policy on all Aurosi Jewels products, excluding custom orders. Engagement rings and wedding bands can be returned for a full refund, free of any restocking fees. Or we can exchange for another product that’s a better fit. Items must be in unused condition in order for returns, refunds, and exchanges to be processed.
