We are extremely confident in our product, and want you to be as well, so we are happy to work with you if there are any defects or damages to your ring. If there is a manufacturing defect to the ring, then we will either repair or remake the ring at no cost to you. If the ring is damaged by the customer, then we can help repair the ring at a very low cost, depending on how severe the damage is to the ring. Yes we can help repair your ring or band if something happens to it. We will only charge you if the damage is done by you, such as something like banging your ring against a rock which causes a scratch. We cannot repair rings from other companies.
If any of the side stones fall out due to natural causes, we will replace the stone at no charge to the customer. If the ring is damaged by the customer, which causes a stone to fall out, then there will be costs associated with the repair and/or replacing of the side stone.
If you purchase your ring with a Moissanite center, it will come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty and Certificate of Authenticity from Charles and Colvard. The warranty covers any defects in material and workmanship in the gem, and you will be able to set up your warranty with the certificate we send you.
