Our standard processing time for all orders is approximately 2 weeks. Depending on the intricacy of the piece, we could have it done in under 2 weeks, or it could take slightly longer. This time frame is due to the fact that we make everything custom to order and by hand, and everything is made in our factory in Los Angeles. Good news is that shipping is free!
We ship via UPS 2-Day Air as our normal, free shipping option. Your items will be insured and may require a signature upon delivery. We only ship to physical addresses, and cannot ship to a P.O. box.
Yes! You can upgrade to UPS overnight shipping for $30. Our standard shipping is via UPS 2-Day Air and that option is free.
We ship worldwide! Shipping is free in the United States, and all international shipments are $95 via Fedex Priority International Mail. We insure all packages for the full value of the ring. All customs/import taxes for international orders must be paid for by the customer. Please note international shipments may take longer than 2 weeks due to customs.
Yes we do, and we ship via USPS priority ground. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your package to arrive.
