Definitely! The home try-on program is there to show you that we are extremely confident in our product, and that we are sure that you will love your ring. We understand the skepticism of purchasing online, especially something as special as an engagement ring, but if you find a design you love, then you can order without seeing it first.
All of our rings and bands are hand-crafted at our factory in Los Angeles. Each step of the process is performed in-house, from casting in gold, to setting the stones, to polishing. We create each and every ring made to order, specifically in your finger and center size.
Most orders will be fulfilled in about 2 weeks. If you have a custom order, then it might take a bit longer since we are creating it extra special for you.
Your ring will come with a beautiful ring box, and if you purchase with a Moissanite center, it will come with the certificate from Charles and Colvard. All orders will also come with an invoice/receipt of purchase.
We process orders fast, so if you find that you've made a mistake on your order, it is best to give us a call at 818-394-0450, or you can also send us an email. We will do our best to accommodate changes to your order, unless your ring has already shipped.
