We have an easy, 30-day return policy if you are unhappy for any reason with your purchase. Items can be returned for a full refund, free of any restocking fees, or we can exchange for another product. Items must be in unused condition, and we cannot offer returns on custom orders.
Email us at help@aurosijewels.com or give us a call so that we can initiate the return process. Please return everything that came with the ring, such as the ring box and any certificates. Return shipping costs must be paid for by the customer, and we would recommend getting proper insurance for the package. Once we receive the ring back, we will inspect for any damages to the ring. If everything checks out, we will process the refund/exchange immediately.
Unfortunately we cannot offer returns on custom orders. Any items that were changed in any way, or made for a specific size center stone would be considered custom. All items with a GIA certified or Lab grown diamond are considered to be custom orders since we make the design for a specific center size.
If your ring does not fit, please contact us so that we can discuss resizing. We will be happy to resize the ring at no additional charge, you would just need to pay to ship the ring back to us.
